Overnight Groups

For all Overnight Group inquiries, please contact Randy at 802-464-63081, or randymoover(at)gmail.com

Our church is located just two and a half miles south of Mount Snow Ski Resort, in the village of West Dover. We are also close to Stratton, Okemo and Magic Mountains. Our church’s basement has an activity center capable of hosting overnight groups. We are a perfect and cost-efficient place for Scout troops, church and temple youth groups, school clubs, or others to stay while skiing/biking the mountain, or just visiting our area.

The Church activity room features a large open room that is 30’ x 35’ which can host up to 33 people on comfortable cots that we provide. We have a large flat screen color television, DVD player, Wii gaming system and fiber internet access. The room can be separated in several different ways via portable partitions on wheels.

There is a restroom on the upper floor, and a full bathroom in the activity center which includes a shower and two sinks.

There is a full kitchen with two stoves and ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a full set of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There are also folding chairs and tables for dining or relaxing.

The worship area, on the main level, is used each Sunday from 8:30 -11 a.m and Saturday from 4:30-5:30  pm. Guests are always welcome at these services. The church is smoke-free, alcohol-free and does not allow pets. We’d love for your group to attend the worship service with us,  If not, we ask that the basement be vacated between 8:30 – 11 a.m. on Sunday only so that we may use the facility for Sunday School, Bible Study and child care. We ask groups to either attend church with us or be outside skiing, having breakfast, etc. during that time. You are welcomed to come back after 11 a.m. to change, finish packing, etc. and depart prior to 5 p.m. Sunday evening. Prior to 8:30 a.m. we ask that you move your belongings to a corner of the room that we will partition off for you so we can conduct Bible study and Sunday School. Groups do not need to be awya durring the Saturday evening service.

AA meets upstairs at the church on Saturday evenings, but will enter and leave through a separate part of the building.
